Faraone, the Italian brand of fine jewelry dating back to around 1860, opens today, thanks to its centuries-old expertise in the field of the Haute Joaillerie, “Faraone Casa d’Aste”, specifically dedicated subsidiary to the sale at auction of fine jewelry masterpieces.
Along with the more traditional activity of fine jewelry creation, the realization of true works of art to wear, like the pieces of the “One of a Kind ” collection, Faraone offers to its customers a unique and comprehensive service of evaluation, purchase or trade for both precious jewelry and watches. The company also assists customers by placing them at auction through its own auction house, in order to guarantee the best evaluation, namely that of the market.
A dedicated and experienced team will evaluate fine jewelry masterpieces of all periods, either of the Maison or of other iconic brands, from single pieces to entire collections.
Faraone Casa d’Aste plans to organize in 2016 two auctions. The first event is scheduled for the 16th June at Four Seasons Hotel in Milan, where 140 among selected masterpieces will be auctioned.
Among the goods at the auction, the diamond parure belonged to the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy and received as a present by her husband, the King Umberto I of Italy. The set consists of a necklace with 38 diamonds, a total of 55ct, and the earrings with two diamonds weighing 5,30ct each.
In addition to these masterpieces, for which industry experts, participating at the auction, have already expressed interest, jewels of lesser value will be also presented. They are jewels of no less importance as well as real diamonds for investment and private individuals also will have the opportunity to close a deal.

La parure è composta da una collana con 38 diamanti per un totale di 55 carati e orecchini con due diamanti del peso di 5,30ct ciascuno.
Oltre a questi capolavori per i quali importanti esperti del settore hanno già espresso interesse e che parteciperanno all’asta, saranno battuti anche gioielli di minore valore ma non per questo meno importanti oltre a veri e propri diamanti di investimento dove anche i privati potranno fare il loro affare.
